ROMULUS, L.L.C. was organized January 28, 2003 and authorized to transact business by the
Commonwealth of Virginia State Corporation Commission on February 5, 2003. The company
applied for and was granted a business license by the City of Virginia Beach February 28, 2003.
DOD Central Contractor Registration was completed in March 2003.

We are a Veteran-Owned Small Business.

According to the Roman legend, Romulus was the founder of Rome, a city that has been in
existence since 753 B.C. The descriptors; solid and long-lasting, come to mind when thinking
of the ancient city of Rome. The name "ROMULUS" was chosen because of the "solid" and
"long-lasting" implications of the name.

We have Consultants living in Virginia Beach, Virginia and Bath, Maine.
